Suss Laws: my pledge

I pledge that, if stopped and questioned for no reason by an officer of the law without having invited him or her into a conversation with me, I will make it my business to make the whole business as long-winded and bogged down in paperwork and police time as possible.

I've had a lot of comment spam so I need to reimpose the Captcha thing - you just need to know to ignore the fact that when it loads the comment form it already thinks you have submitted a previous captcha challenge wrongly and just press ahead with the form as presented.
